Rules/Regulations for Use: 

• The use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless proof of liability insurance is turned in to the administrative office no later than two weeks before the event.

• Gambling, in any form, is prohibited. Music in any form must comply with the Pinecrest Gardens code. Any music or noise audible outside the Garden’s property is not permitted.

• The Renter is responsible for full payment upon reservation. This includes a rental fee, tax, and damage deposit.

• Set up and breakdown times are included in the standard 6-hour reservation, one hour for set-up, one hour for breakdown, and 4-hours in between for your celebration.

• Pinecrest Gardens reserves the right to move an event to another area due to safety issues or technical difficulties. 

• Maximum attendance capacities must be strictly adhered to and enforced.

• Smoking is prohibited inside Pinecrest Gardens. Gender Reveal Smoke Bombs are not permitted.
  
  
• Balloons, including helium balloons, confetti, glitter, silly string, bubbles or dry rice are NOT allowed in Pinecrest Gardens.

• No onsite cooking at all. All foods must be prepared prior to arriving on grounds. 

• Removing and or tampering with Artwork from the walls is strictly prohibited. 

• Styrofoam containers, cups, plates and plastic straws are Not permitted.

• Pinecrest Gardens s not responsible for any items or equipment brought to and left on property. 

• Drones are prohibited.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not made unless a written cancellation notice is received at least Sixty (60) days in advance for this venue. All cancellations under sixty (60) days, are subject to a penalty of 100% of the rental fee + tax.
