Join us for Family Garden Day! Spend the morning learning about the plants and animals that call Pinecrest Gardens home with garden activities, demos, garden art, tours, and more.

 

Family Garden Day Schedule

9:30 to 10:30 Sensory Hour: Sensory Hour is for neurodivergent and cognitive sensitive families. Pre-registration required. Select sensory hour ticket at check out. Sensory hour will feature a limited capacity, and early opening for families to avoid crowds and heat.

10:45 am to 12:45 pm | Fantasy Theater Factory Entertainment & Puppeteers

11:00 am | Family Friendly Gymnastics Class

11:30 am | Zoo Animal Interaction

11:30 am | Ikebana Demonstration

12:00 pm | Plant a seed

12:30 pm | Ikebana Demonstration

1:00 pm |  Garden Tour

Know Before You Go!

 

Parking

With the popularity of our large events, we encourage you to plan ahead when coming to a festival. Free parking is located in the following locations:

Pinecrest Gardens parking lot. Staff will close the lot when it reaches full capacity, allowing vehicles in as guests depart.

Village Green field behind the Pinecrest Community Center.

Christ the King Lutheran Church parking lot on 112 and 57th Ave will open to guests once the Village Green lot is full.

Red Road / 57th Avenue along the east side of Pinecrest Gardens. Visitors can park on grass along the road; do not park on the sidewalk and bike trail.
