Chili Cook-Off

Get ready to spices things up at the 9^th annual Chili Cook-Off. Pinecrest Gardens is hosting the event, and you don’t want to miss out on tantalizing tastes, live country music, line-dancing, mechanical bull, classic car display, eating contests and kids’ entertainment.  

If you’re a chili lover, you’ll have the chance to sample chili from the best chili cooks in the International Chili Society (ICS). And, if you’re feeling competitive, both professional cooks and amateurs – in this case, first responders – are encouraged to enter the friendly cooking competition.

CALL FOR CHILI MASTERS & PRO COOKS

Professional Cooks:  We are delighted to host returning and new cooks at our beautiful lush botanical garden. This is an International Chili Society sanctioned event.  To apply to participate, your registration will take place through the ICS.  There will be three chili been categories: Chili Salsa, Chili Verde, Chili Red.
