Pinecrest Gardens is proud to present two options of summer camp for 2024
S.T.E.A.M. Summer Camp with Discovery Lab
Join Discovery Lab for our five summer S.T.E.A.M. Sessions and become a true scientist! Each session will encompass the five areas of S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) using some of our most popular themes: Chemistry, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Life Science, and much more! Campers enjoy all of the Gardens amenities, such as a splash n' play park, petting zoo, indoor facilities, and playground amid their lush garden landscape.
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. | Monday - Friday
S.T.E.A.M. Sessions: Weekly from June 10 to August 2
* There is no camp the week of July 4 (July 1 to 5)
Ages: 4 to 9 years old
Tuition: $370.00 per week
Registration Fee: $100.00
One time $100 Registration includes coverage of camper insurance and two tee shirts
Sibling Discount: $10.00 per sibling per week of camp
All discounts must be applied over the phone.
Discovery Lab Refund Policy:
First, we would like to encourage you to simply move to another session so your child can have the experience of summer at Discovery Lab. Refunds requested ahead of June 1 will be honored, less a $100 cancellation fee and withholding of the non-refundable registration fee. Refunds will not be issued after June 1, 2024. However, we understand that things come up and you may need to cancel altogether in case of an emergency. A single exception is made for campers who suffer a physical illness or injury on or after June 1st and whose attending physician certifies in writing that the illness or injury will not allow the camper to safely participate in any offered camp session. In this event, we will refund the camper’s session less a cancellation fee of $100 and registration fee.
Toddler Camp with Pinecrest Dance Project
Days will be filled with a variety of safe, monitored, and fun activities such as painting, dance, music, yoga, gymnastics, crafts, splash and play, and much more. Toddlers 2 to 4 will have a blast learning, playing and exploring in this ½ day camp at the Gardens.
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. | Monday - Friday
Ages: 2 to 4 years old, must be potty trained *
Sessions: Weekly sessions occur June 10 to August 2.
*There is no camp on the day of July 4.
Tuition: $275 per week
Lunches are not included in toddler camp
*All participants should be potty trained. A child is considered potty trained when they recognize the need to eliminate and is able to access and use the toilet with little to no assistance.
Toddler Camp Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellations, we ask that parents reschedule their camper to another available week of camp. However, if an emergency should arise, campers will be issued a cancellation and refund up until the week before your child’s camp date is set to start.
