Photo & Film Permit
Pinecrest Gardens is the proud location for many films and photo shoots. We offer unprecedented beauty in our 14 acres of lush tropical foliage, creeks, historical structures, and exquisite surroundings.
The gardens are the perfect backdrop for artistic and commercial filming and photography.
For individuals who wish to use our facility as the setting or backdrop for personal photo portraits, including weddings, quinceañeras, graduation, couples, or groups up to 7 people.
Permit fee starts at $100 + tax for a party of seven. Any additional guests will need to pay the $5 General Admission fee. Permit fees are non-refundable.
Photo shoots must take place during Pinecrest Gardens regular operating hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. seven days a week.
Reservations are not required for personal photography but it is strongly encouraged to call in advance to find out if there are any private or community events scheduled. Photo shoots are not permitted on Pinecrest Gardens festival days.

Commercial Photography & Filming
Reservations are required for commercial photography and filming. Permits can be obtained by contacting the Pinecrest Gardens office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at 305.669.6990.
Commercial still photography rate starts at $1,000 per day. Commercial film rate starts at $1,500 per day. 7% sales tax will be added. If exempt, a copy of the tax exempt certificate must be submitted upon reserving.
Additional fees will be priced on a case by case basis. Permit fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance prior to date of shoot.
