Session 4 Synopsis: Adaptability & Community: Aligned Action 
Participants learn to take “Brave Bites”: small, intentional steppingstones that move them forward energetically and mentally. We conclude by creating a personalized roadmap for showing up with resolve.

Participants will leave feeling grounded and centered, equipped with a framework to navigate transition with self-compassion. Move beyond simply "coping" and begin creating your own unfolding.
