Bohemian Spark Café is now open, offering a fresh take on breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch in a setting unlike any other. Located in Cypress Hall, surrounded by the natural beauty of Pinecrest Gardens, the café is a welcoming space to gather, unwind, and enjoy globally inspired flavors in a relaxed atmosphere. 

The Menu 

The menu at Bohemian Spark Café brings together bold flavors and fresh ingredients inspired by kitchens around the world. From the tropical Bossa Nova Bowl with smoked salmon and mango to the California-Peru fusion of Cali Meets Lima Toast with avocado, egg, pickled onions, and cherry tomatoes, every dish is crafted with creativity and care. Enjoy a classic Margherita pizza with Napoli Love, or go light and bright with the Inca Harvest Bowl, a quinoa salad with roasted vegetables and lemon vinaigrette. For younger guests, simple favorites like the Melted Magic Sandwich, a buttery grilled cheese with gooey melted cheese, and Little Italy Noodles, classic buttered spaghetti, are sure to please.  Whether you're here for a cup of coffee, a casual lunch, or brunch with friends, there's something for everyone.

Hours: Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with Saturday and Sunday brunch served from 9 am to 2 pm.
