Admission

Admission price includes all day access to the Garden nature paths and usage of amenities on premise including the playground, mini viewing zoo, picnic areas.

General Admission:  $5.00

Seniors 65+:  $3.00

Children under 2: Free

Active Military (with valid ID) and immediate family:  Free

Admission price subject to change and non-refundable due to rain or inclement weather. 

Special Events:

Tickets to festivals, special events, performances and classes are sold separately.

 

Visitors with Dogs: Well behaved dogs on a fixed leash (up to 6 feet) with owners who are prepared to clean up after them can visit the Gardens on Sundays from 9 am - 5 pm and Wednesdays from 9 am - 2 pm.  Doggie visit days and timeframes are subject to change when festivals or high attendance events take place at the Garden. Dogs must remain on leash at all times and are not permitted in the Upper Garden playground and mini zoo areas. Visit our accommodations page for service dog policy.

 

Rules & Regulations:

Pinecrest Gardens is a living museum. Please respect plants, art collections, and facilities to help us provide the best possible experience for all our visitors. We are an all-inclusive space that welcomes people of all abilities.

  • Protect Our Living and Nonliving Collection: Pinecrest Gardens is home to a unique living collection. Please do not pick or collect any leaves, flowers, fruit, or plant material from the garden. Visitors found collecting plant material will be asked to leave. Additionally, please respect our historic structures, art collections and ephemeral exhibitions.
  • Food and Beverages: Outside food, beverages, and coolers are generally not permitted. Guests may bring a personal lunchbox-sized container. Rolling coolers, platters, and any receptacles larger than a personal lunchbox are prohibited.
  • Furry Friends: With the exception of special events, leashed dogs are permitted on specific dates only. Please check our website for details.
  • Appropriate Attire: For entry into the Gardens, shirts, pants, and shoes are required.
  • Group Visits: Groups of 10 or more people are considered an organized event and require prior booking of a facility rental or field trip to enter the gardens. Pinecrest Gardens reserves the right to turn down groups of 10 or more without an advanced reservation. Please limit group sizes to nine persons or fewer.
  • Animal Safety: Help us keep our wildlife safe. Please do not feed any animals in the Garden, this includes our zoo animals and wildlife.
  • Child Supervision: Adults must be present and supervising children under the age of 14 at all times. Admission is not permitted to children without a parent or chaperone.
  • Designated Play Areas: Climbing and play are welcomed in the designated playground area. Climbing or playing on rocks, walls, barriers, trees, art displays, or any areas outside of the playground is prohibited.
  • Slow Down and Walk: For your safety and the enjoyment of others, please walk while exploring the gardens. Scooters, skateboards, inline skates, bicycles, and athletic toys are not allowed inside Pinecrest Gardens. Running is prohibited in all areas of the Gardens. Please explore respectfully by sticking to paved pathways and mowed areas.
  • Dispose of Waste Properly: Please help us keep the gardens clean by disposing of all garbage in the properly labeled receptacles. Do not throw trash into garden beds, pathways, planters, or bodies of water.
  • Prohibited Items: Balloons, Firearms, weapons, and outside alcohol are not permitted on Garden grounds.
  • Sounds of Nature: To preserve the tranquil ambiance, the use of personal stereo equipment is prohibited.
  • Smoke-Free Environment: We are a smoke-free facility. The use of any tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is prohibited. Additionally, fires, candles, and open-flame cooking methods are not allowed.
  • Respect Other Visitors: We are a multi-use facility and public space. Please be respectful of other visitors and Garden-wide events such as weddings and parties
