About Chino Nuñez

A Grammy, Latin Grammy, and Billboard Award-winning percussionist, composer, and producer, Chino Nuñez is a master of Latin music. With a career spanning collaborations with Celia Cruz, Marc Anthony, Tito Puente, Rubén Blades, and El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, he has performed at some of the world's most prestigious venues, including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and the North Sea Jazz Festival.

Nuñez’s deep knowledge of Latin rhythms and his innovative approach to salsa, jazz, and Big Band music make his performances both exhilarating and educational. His critically acclaimed albums, including Chino Nuñez & Friends and Doctor Salsa, have solidified his reputation as one of the most influential figures in Latin music today.
