About The Sweet Tooth Jazz Band

The Sweet Tooth Jazz Band plays a high-spirited mix of jazz standards and original music, drawing on the rich traditions of early jazz and the blues while bringing something fresh and alive to every performance. Band members have collaborated with Beck, Pokey LaFarge, The Nighthawks, and Stéphane Wrembel.

In 2024, the band was honored to present a concert of original music at the 20th Annual Bix Beiderbecke Memorial Jazz Concert at his final residence in Sunnyside, Queens. Their debut album, This Record Won't Play Itself, is a joyful collection of jazz standards and originals. The band features Ryan Weisheit on vocals and saxophones, Marcus Milius on vocals and harmonica, Abe Pollack on vocals and bass, Uri Zelig on drums, and Brad Brose on guitar.
