Celebrate National Public Gardens Week with us!
What is national Public Gardens Week?
National Public Gardens week is a time to recognize and raise awareness for our local, and national public gardens, and all they do for the community. Hosted by American Public Gardens Association, NPWG takes place May 8-May 17. Gardens across the US are celebrating!
How are we celebrating?
Pinecrest Gardens is open! The BEST way to celebrate Public Gardens Week with us is to show your love by coming to the Garden. We have precautions in place to ensure the public is welcomed and safe in The Garden.
Each day of the week, we will be highlighting aspects of Pinecrest Gardens on our Social Media to show how we celebrate public Gardens. Share your garden memories with us by tagging us on social media and following along on our social media celebration!
Here’s a snippet of what we’re highlighting in our week-long celebration!
- The Faces of Pinecrest Gardens: Very special messages from our Director, Horticulturist and members!
- Pinecrest Garden’s Artist-In-Residence
- Uncovering why Public Gardens matter with our blog, Digging Pinecrest
- Activities & Education in the Garden…and so much more!
Join us on our Social Media platforms to follow along and celebrate!
